Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an AI native, self-starter and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced data analytics team. As a Technical Program Manager at Oracle OCI, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven decision support and analysis for OCI's largest products and programs. This is a position that offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of large portions of the data ecosystem that OCI runs on.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
  • Decision Support: Own areas of the business for building custom analysis and dashboards to drive our stakeholders to action. Projects could involve reporting on cloud capacity delivery optimizations, diving into 3rd party datasets to better understand future markets, and doing ad hoc deep dives into product customer profiles, etc.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for several areas of the business. People will come to you with questions around your area, you should be able to explain complex topics simply.
  • Be a member of a team that covers and backs each other up across many domains.
  • Build and develop relationships across organizations. You should be excited about the idea of reaching out to teams and building new relationships.
  • Improve current processes across people, tools, and data. You like to tinker and improve things be it a dataset, or a process, or a report.
  • Build intuitive reports for our customers. You should enjoy building things that people like to use.
  • Build performant and robust SQL data pipelines.
  • Drive efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership team.

Candidate Profile:
  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience
  • Some technical experience in data analytics, data pipelines, and SQL
  • Passion for learning new areas quickly and explaining learnings simply to others.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders to drive them to resolution.
  • AI Native
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
  • Strong technical project reporting skills.
  • Experience managing technical projects in a highly ambiguous environment.
  • Business awareness, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, and analytical skills

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,900 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
