Job description

Job Summary:
JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers and businesses. As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that align with business goals, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
• Own program delivery for RCCS initiatives across markets, from intake and discovery through execution, release readiness, and post-launch stabilization
• Build and maintain integrated program plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, timelines, and critical path) and ensure predictable delivery outcomes
• Drive cross-team execution by aligning engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders on objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; establish clear escalation paths and contingency plans to maintain momentum
• Lead Agile ceremonies and governance (planning, refinement, sprint/PI execution, demos, retrospectives), while tailoring rigor appropriately for complex deliveries
• Establish program reporting and insights (OKRs/KPIs, delivery health, throughput, quality, operational readiness), using data to recommend improvements
• Support regulatory, operational, and control considerations by partnering with risk/control stakeholders to ensure appropriate documentation, testing, and audit readiness
• Collaborate on technical direction and implementation planning, ensuring alignment to target architecture and non-functional requirements (resiliency, performance, security)
• Partner with operations and product to improve investigation workflows, including case lifecycle management, exception handling, root-cause analysis loops, and feedback into upstream fixes where applicable
• Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
• Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
• Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
Preferred:
• Agile Scrum and/or PMP certification (CSM/PSM, SAFe, PMP)
• Experience applying Agentic AI (or similar automation approaches) to program execution—e.g., workflow automation, artifact generation, intelligent status reporting—within appropriate risk and controls frameworks
• Experience supporting global, multi-market rollouts with complex stakeholder groups, release coordination, and operational readiness requirements
• Background in payments technology, transaction processing, investigations or platforms with high availability, resiliency, and strong control requirements
