We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
SUMMARY
The Technical Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between engineering, product development, and marketing. You will be responsible for positioning and promoting our cutting-edge analog and power semiconductor products to targeted markets, ensuring their technical advantages are effectively communicated to customers and partners. This role requires a combination of technical acumen and marketing expertise to drive product adoption, identify new market opportunities, and provide technical insights to the marketing and sales teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily to include but not limited to:
  • Develop and execute technical marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market needs for analog and power semiconductor products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product management teams to translate technical features into compelling value propositions.
  • Drive content creation including technical documentation, white papers, product demos, presentations, and application notes that highlight product advantages.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and market positioning.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, assist with customer engagements, and support the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and applications for existing and future product lines.
  • Manage product launch initiatives by working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and market adoption.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to represent the company and promote products.
  • Track product performance, market feedback, and emerging trends to refine and optimize marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering or technical marketing within the semiconductor industry, preferably focused on analog or power semiconductors.

Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of analog and power semiconductor technologies, applications, and markets.
  • Proven ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies for technical products.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical guidance and support to sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing.
