JOB SUMMARY:ย 

Working out of our Community Based Care facility, the Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in accordance withthe established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Sapphireย will providethe training and resources to keep our employees engaged and maintain topquality care.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide residentswith routine daily nursing care and services
  • Administermedications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations andfacility policies and procedures
  • Seeklicensed staff assistance as needed
  • As a Med Tech you will followthe plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Communicateboth orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
  • Fostersa supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:ย 
  • NAC/CNA or NAR or HCA requiredย 
  • Must be 18 years of ageย
