Job description

Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Administrative Services Assistant anserve as the administrative assistant to the Manager of Internal Operations Management Office and provide administrative support for the entire group, including Operations Regulatory Compliance and Reporting, Organizational Learning and Portfolio Support, Substation Operations. 

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on site based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $29.24 and $36.09 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.  

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science, Administrative Management or a related field is preferred.
6+ years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience is required.
4+ years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions using Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. 
Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with SharePoint sufficient to:
Support, manage, edit, and maintain site
Data entry skills are essential. This position requires above average computer and typing skills to coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and record and distribute meeting notes
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to interface effectively with Executive Managers, customers and various staff in a positive, courteous and cooperative manner.
Previous knowledge of office procedures governing correspondence control and preparation, communication channels, records management, etc.
