Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines while collaborating as part of a team? If you are passionate about contributing to an educational setting that prepares high school students for skilled trades and careers, Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) wants to hear from you!
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. A minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience is preferred. Proficiency with PC, office equipment, related software programs, and the internet is essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and support services to the Assistant Principal/Supervisor of CTE.
  • Maintain a professional office environment and assist visitors at the main office counter.
  • Process deposits, student attendance, discipline letters, driving/riding permission forms, and more.
  • Receive and manage deliveries from UPS, Federal Express, Office Services, RIPS, and other couriers.

Paid time off includes:

Compensation: Starting salary is $18.00/hour with annual increases.
Schedule: This is a full-time, 12-month position based at our East Campus in Oley, PA. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a duty-free 60-minute lunch break. Enjoy a four-day work week during the summer (June through August).
