The Role

As a Food Partner Manager at Hungry, you'll own the success of our current partner network. You'll keep menus accurate, guide new partners through onboarding and getting set up with Hungry, and be the day-to-day point of contact restaurants and chefs count on. You'll track how specific items and menus are performing with our clients and turn that into real-time feedback partners can actually use, then work directly with the restaurant or chef to make adjustments that grow their sales.

What You'll Do

  • Food partner relationship management, and retention 
  • Successfully onboard new partners onto the platform and ensure a smooth launch
  • Collaborate with our Food Partner network to create new menus and gather additional menus from chefs and restaurants
  • Ensure order accuracy by verifying that all catering and delivery data is valid and current
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department on promotional emails and materials
  • Assist Tech Team with creating and designing enhancements and improvements to the website or vendor dashboard
  • Support in any day to day incidents and issues; acting as the main point of contact for our Food Partner network and collaborating with our Sales, Operations, CS teams
  • Build brand recognition and credibility with our Food Partner network

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of catering sales experience or food partner management experience in a high-volume environment
  • Food knowledge required to create menus in collaboration with the chefs in your market
  • Demonstrated customer relations experience including direct outreach to establish business
  • Be able to oversee multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience creating menus for various catering needs and knowledge of portioning and dietary restrictions 
  • Tremendous attention to detail
