ABOUT THE ROLE


We're a fast-growing wellness company operating out of a refurbished, state-of-the-art 5,000+ sq ft facility. We process a high volume of samples daily, and this role plays a key part in keeping everything accurate, organized, and moving.


This is not a traditional lab role — it's more of a structured, detail-focused intake and data entry position. If you enjoy calm, independent work and staying organized, you'll do well here.


WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Process incoming samples through our intake system

- Accurately log and update customer accounts

- Ensure all samples are properly received and tracked

- Maintain organized workflows and clean data entry

- Flag any discrepancies or issues during intake

- Support the lab and operations team with daily processes
