Technologist Assistant II (Paramedic, EMT, Phlebotomist)
Full-Time or Part-Time Available at Touchstone Medical Imaging Billings 739 Spring Creek Lane, Billings, MT, 59106
We're looking for a hands-on clinical team member who can assist our technologists by starting IVs for contrast exams, supporting patient care, and helping keep our imaging schedule running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys direct patient care and wants to be an active part of the imaging team.
Schedule Options (Full-time or part-time opportunities are available based on availability.)

  • Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10-hour shift
What You'll Do
  • Start IVs for contrast-enhanced imaging exams
  • Assist technologists during contrast administration and patient care
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures
  • Escort patients and provide pre-exam instructions
  • Help patients on and off the imaging table
  • Prepare exam rooms between patients
  • Keep patient flow moving to help technologists stay on schedule
  • Monitor schedules and communicate changes with the imaging team
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient experience
  • Support front desk operations as needed
What We're Looking For
  • EMT, Paramedic, or experienced Phlebotomist with strong IV skills
  • Previous patient care experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging is a plus but not required

Compensation is determined based on several factors, including experience, certifications, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Benefits and bonus eligibility vary based on position and employment status. Sign-on bonus eligibility and terms apply.
