Teacher's Assistant - For Immediate Hire

Job Title: Teacher's Assistant

Job Location: Margate, Florida, United States

Organization Name: Lubavitch Hebrew Academy

The Lubavitch Hebrew Academy (LHA) is looking for Assistant Teachers to begin immediately.

We are one of South Florida's premier Jewish Day Schools. We are a team of educators who inspire more than 800 students by providing a supportive and nurturing environment as well as an engaging dual curriculum in General and Judaic studies.

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a Teacher's Assistant who will help the lead teacher implement their curriculum, create a positive environment for our young students, and assist the teacher and the children with their activities and needs. 

  • Hours: Monday-Thursday between 8 am - 4 pm. and Fridays 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. 

  • Full-Time, salaried position

Requirements:

  • Possess patience and empathy, especially towards children, their families, and faculty.
