The Assistant Dining Room Manager ensures that an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guest. The Assistant Dining Room Manager will provide hands on dining room management of all front of house serving staff. Our restaurant and cafe function in a similar way to a hotel or private club restaurant and/or cafe.

Qualifications:

  • Previous server and staff management experience in a restaurant-like setting
  • Provide hiring, training, leadership, counseling, and oversight of all serving staff
  • Participate directly in daily operations: managing, serving, cleaning under the direction of the Director of Dining Services
  • Responsible for overall front of house operations to ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Work as a team with the other kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities as needed to ensure exceptional service to residents and guests
