The engineer performs root-cause analysis, systems troubleshooting, infrastructure diagnostics, trend analysis, and supports resolution of complex enterprise technology issues impacting USPTO operations.Additionally, in this position you will:Perform advanced troubleshooting of network, server, endpoint, and infrastructure issues. Support escalated incidents affecting enterprise operations. Conduct root-cause and trend analysis on recurring technical issues. Analyze performance, stability, and availability metrics. Support continuity of operations (COOP) and disaster recovery efforts. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Five (5) years of network or systems engineering experience. Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments.
