We are seeking a Systems Engineer who will support system development efforts across complex engineering programs. You will apply systems engineering principles throughout the full lifecycle, including requirements development, system architecture, design analysis, integration planning, verification and validation, and technical risk assessment. You will contribute to developing and maintaining models using modeling languages such as Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework Modeling Language (UAFML). You will assist in developing system models, architectures, and data models to facilitate interoperability. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients. You will support evaluation of requirements and resource needs, help identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies, and participate in regular reviews to ensure planning aligns with leadership priorities and evolving stakeholder conditions.

Required

  • ABET accredited engineering degree or BSin technical field

  • 3 years related experience

  • Foundational background in systems engineering, system architecture, and integration

  • Working experience with multiple systems engineering tools, such as Cameo, DOORS, AFSIM, etc.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
