Join a mission-focused team delivering cutting-edge engineering and operational support for intelligence collection capabilities. This role supports advanced Radio Frequency (RF), cyber, and SIGINT mission systems that enable rapid-response operations in both CONUS and OCONUS environments, including austere and hazardous duty locations.
The ideal candidate will contribute across the full systems lifecycle - from modernization, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment to quick-reaction capability development supporting evolving national security objectives. Working alongside elite technical and operational teams, you will help enhance next-generation collection and bridging solutions that directly support the cryptologic enterprise.
Requirements
Signals analysis: Digital telecommunications systems to include CEPT, payload data and signals structures
o Processing DMR data using Lopers, and Circuit Raptor
o Experience on processing survey data from recordings in IF to RF, Vita-49, capture of snapshots, processing for data validation using software demos to find signal parameters.
• Cellular communications experience in 2G/3G/4G systems, PIT radios for processing.
o Experience in processing data using DRT, Whistle, Salvage, BSAW
o Experience using DRT for surveys and variety of hardware and signal processing cards
• Operating systems: Experience using communicating and troubleshooting systems using Linux Rhel 7, Rhel 8 and rocky 9
• Experience on Data Flow, Niagara Files configuration, troubleshooting NIFI outages.
• RF Engineering - At least 10 years of experience on microwave systems, microwave collection, proficient on RF testing such as low-noise amplifiers, filters, combiners, bias-tee, integration of antennas, positioners, low-loss cables, RF adapters, knowledge of E-Band.
• At least 10 years of experience on Antennas and feeds and their performance, characterize gains and VSRW over operational range use of block down-converters
• At least 10 years of experience on testing 6-44Ghz microwave equipment such as receivers, demodulators using Vita-49, SOTF protocols
• Technical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal;
• Project Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement;
• Enterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management; • (U) Agreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply.
Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in Technical Process Areas associated with the ISO/IEC 15288.
Develop and deliver a work product in any of the ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas.
Perform analysis of technical alternatives for a project and make preliminary recommendations.
Assist in performing systems engineering activities in the ISO/IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas.
