WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The Business Systems Analyst reports to the Business Systems Lead, and will support and optimize BaubleBar's core business applications, with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP and related operational systems. This role will work closely with the Systems Administrator and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable system solutions.
Core responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, supporting system enhancements, coordinating testing efforts, troubleshooting platform issues, and assisting with the execution of strategic technology initiatives. The Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with the Systems Administrator to support integrations, platform administration, and day-to-day system operations while collaborating with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and eCommerce teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
This position will play an important role in supporting BaubleBar's growing technology ecosystem, including NetSuite, Shopify, SnapFulfil WMS, and other integrated business applications. The Business Systems Analyst will help expand the team's capacity to support stakeholders across the business, drive operational improvements, and execute strategic systems initiatives. Together, the Business Systems Lead, Business Systems Analyst, and Systems Administrator will form the core Business Systems function responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and continued evolution of BaubleBar's business applications and integrations.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
  • Gather, document, and refine business and system requirements from stakeholders across the organization
  • Coordinate and assist in the implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
  • Support the administration and optimization of NetSuite ERP and related business applications
  • Evaluate support requests and respond to users within agreed service level standards
  • Interview users and stakeholders to gather additional information and clarify business requirements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing, and validation for new enhancements and deployments
  • Create and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data analysis to support business operations
  • Monitor data integrity across integrated systems and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Train and support end users on system functionality and best practices
  • Partner closely with the Systems Administrator to support system integrations, platform maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Business Systems Lead on prioritization, solution design, project planning, and strategic systems initiatives
  • Escalate complex business and technical issues as needed while helping drive resolution across stakeholders and vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business processes are effectively supported by technology solutions

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of combined experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Senior Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Systems Manager or similar roles
  • Experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify
  • Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems, preferably SnapFulfil and NetSuite WMS
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously across timelines
  • Experience working independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, preferably Power BI
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or consumer products environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows between business applications
  • Familiarity with SQL and Data Warehouses
  • You must reside locally in NY-NJ-CT with easy travel proximity for onsite days as needed at our Moonachie, NJ Distribution Center

  • Starting salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
