Job description

) This is an on-site position located in Toms River, NJ. Candidates must be able to work from our corporate office Monday through Friday. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Complete Care Management is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the technology behind our Human Resources and Payroll operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with HR systems, solving technical issues, improving processes, and collaborating with multiple departments.
In this role, you'll help maintain our UKG platforms, provide day-to-day system support, ensure data accuracy, and assist with ongoing system enhancements that improve the employee and management experience across our organization.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary support resource for UKG Pro HR/Payroll and UKG Pro Workforce Management.
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to timekeeping, payroll, HRIS functionality, and time clock devices.
  • Maintain system configurations, user security, organizational structures, and pay rule updates.
  • Manage incoming support requests through our ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor system interfaces, integrations, and scheduled processes to identify and resolve errors.
  • Build, audit, and distribute HR and payroll reports while maintaining data integrity.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to resolve system questions and improve workflows.
  • Participate in HRIS upgrades, testing, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Create and update system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience working with UKG Pro (UltiPro), UKG Pro WFM (Kronos), or a comparable HRIS platform.
  • Understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, or workforce management processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-service mindset when supporting end users.
