Job description

We’re looking for a Systems Analyst III to support and optimize a growing Revenue Operations technology ecosystem. You’ll serve as a key technical resource for GTM (Go-to-Market) systems, helping support revenue-generating teams through system enhancements, troubleshooting, deployment coordination, and process optimization.

This is a 1-year+ contract position located in Vancouver, WA..

COMP: Up to $65/HR depending on candidates experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop deep expertise in GTM systems architecture, workflows, and user processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system inefficiencies impacting revenue teams
  • Support configuration changes, deployments, and production release processes
  • Assist with vendor release management, testing coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Research and evaluate new platform features and enhancement opportunities
  • Create documentation and technical guides for recurring support scenarios
  • Handle escalated technical support requests tied to Revenue Operations initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams to improve system reliability, governance, and scalability

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical skills, cloud, system administration, and operations
  • 3–5 years of systems administration experience required with preference to Outreach or Salesforce;
  • 2+ years of technical support experience required
  • 2+ years of analytics work experience: system data auditing, test creation and management, and/or risk analysis
  • Managed, created, or contributed to a mature production change management system
  • 2+ years administrative experience with any (strongly preferred): cloud telephony, Azure Virtual Desktop environment, email deliverability
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the financial industry preferred
