Position Summary
The OT Systems Analyst evaluates and improves the performance, reliability, and usability of OT systems. The role analyzes historian/alarm data, documents requirements and workflows, supports change management, and helps prioritize upgrades and remediation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze historian/alarm/event data to identify reliability issues, nuisance alarms, and optimization opportunities.
  • Document functional requirements, workflows, and user stories; support testing and validation.
  • Maintain configuration baselines and change records; assist with standards and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Operations on improvement plans and schedules.
  • Prepare reports/dashboards on KPIs and recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years in OT/SCADA environments as analyst, engineer, or similar.
  • Experience with historians (e.g., Ignition/AVEVA/PI), alarm management, and data visualization (Power BI).
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
