Job Description


 Title:                      Business Systems Analyst

Duration:             12 Months

Location:              Denver, CO

Responsibilities:

  • Business Systems Analyst to assist in the development of an Online Help (OLH) system.
  • Analyst will be responsible to create detailed OLH instructions to assist end users in performing complex tasks on an automated system that determines eligibility for and calculations of health and human services benefits.
  • Analyst will be responsible to edit and enhance source documentation of a technical nature to ensure derived OLH artifacts are clear, concise, comprehensive, and user friendly.
  • The selected Analyst will also participate on projects with end users, business and systems subject-matter experts, and application developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of a revamped OLH system.
  • Analyst will develop and deliver communications and other documentation to stakeholders that address the business processes and procedures, issues identification and resolutions, and other aspects of the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) that impact the users, clients, and customers of the OLH system
