IDEALFORCE have a Contract position available immediately for a Programmer Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix,AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Job Description

Work with Business & Systems Analysts along with business users from limited jurisdiction courts and the AOC to design, develop, test and implement the limited jurisdiction court version of the AJACS Forms and reports.
-Provide technical documentation for application components, utilities, reports and operational procedures.
-Demonstrate proficiency in .net environment, C#, RDBMS, Strong MSSQL concepts, Stored Procedures and Views.. 
-Develop Web applications in .net environment.
-Identify required or desired system capacity and performance improvements
-Provide technical support, documentation and knowledge to peers and to the user community
-Understand and adhere to established system configuration and change, problem and project control processes
-Assist in preparing project plans, achieving project objectives and measuring effectiveness
-Provide immediate response to system critical errors and assistance in replicating and correcting errors
-Using regression testing techniques and software, work toward creating error free software products
-Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with accuracy and clarity 
-Devises automated solutions and strategies to support business needs of the organization for both local and statewide technology initiatives
-Provide support and knowledge to peers.
-Analysis, design, development, implementation, quality assurance and final support of automation projects on supported applications 

Qualifications


Thorough knowledge of Asp.net , C#, and Microsoft SQL Server database
-Thorough knowledge of Visual Studio 2012.
-Ability to program Web applications in .net environment.
-SQL knowledge and experience
-Ability to quickly and effectively analyze problems and implement and/or advise of solutions
-Ability to use formal systems analysis methodologies to analyze business problems and develop appropriate -functional and technical solution specifications.
-Thorough knowledge of SSRS reporting or any report development tool.
