Job description

We are currently seeking an "Admin Assistant" for a Contract role with one of our clients. Please apply if you are interested and available for it.
Duration: 18+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $20- $25/Hr. on W2
Location: Surprise, AZ
Job Description:

  • Perform complex administrative support tasks, including document management, reporting, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Support operations and infrastructure projects through coordination, tracking, and independent research.
  • Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, requiring tact, persuasion, and professional communication.
  • Maintain and manage data, systems, and records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with process improvements, reporting, and system utilization (e.g., tracking, dashboards, operational data).
  • Provide customer-facing support, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and a positive stakeholder experience.
Requirements:
  • Related administrative experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting electric utility operations and/or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive or high-priority matters.
  • Advanced proficiency with computer systems, including Client Office, email platforms, and administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handling complex tasks, and problem-solving scenarios.
  • Valid driving capability to meet requirements for Client vehicle use and driving record screening.
