Our team members choose to build their career home at US Fertility because of the hope we inspire in our patients, the lives we help bring into the world, and the culture of excellence we foster across our organization. Through our national network of premier fertility centers—including IVF Florida—we combine clinical expertise, scientific innovation, and compassionate care. The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we're just getting started.

We have an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Supervisor to join our team at IVF Florida in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the ability to work weekends and holidays to provide coverage in place of the Supervisor as needed, and have the ability to float to the Coral Gables location as needed.

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

At US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work. There is undeniable strength in numbers—and support is always within reach. Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.

In this role, the Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Supervisor will:

  • Provide patient education on all aspects of treatment
  • Monitor patients throughout the treatment plan and provide direction and education
  • Communicate physician orders and instructions
  • Communicate laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
  • Be accountable for the phone triage of patient calls
  • Be responsible for monitoring of post-treatment follow-up
  • Assist the clinical team to resolve patient problems and needs
  • Assist patient services to prioritize patient appointments and handle emergency visits
  • Work in cooperation with all departments; work with other departments to resolve problems and/or proactively develop a plan to resolve anticipated problems
  • Oversee assigned staff within the designated area(s) assigned
  • Plan and organize the responsibilities of assigned staff to increase efficiency and best utilize the staffs' skills and abilities
  • Set goals for assigned staff and motivate staff to accomplish the goals
  • Ensure adequate staffing and that assigned staff are present and working
  • Assist Manager with time keeping and payroll duties; track leave requests to ensure proper documentation of employee's time; maintain calendar of staff leave dates to monitor for adequate coverage of teams and/or offices
  • Coordinate and facilitate the effective delivery of patient services within the assigned work area by regularly monitoring patient flow and program operations
  • Assist Manager in the training and orientation of new staff; train existing staff on new or revised program policies and procedures
  • Under the direction of the Manager, conduct individual supervision/counseling sessions for assigned staff and complete all necessary documentation
  • Write and administer performance appraisal evaluations for assigned staff under the supervision of the Manager
  • Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to the Nursing Department
  • Attend all required management and nursing meetings

We're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and skills include:

  • BSN RN required
  • BLS certification required
  • Current state RN license without limitations required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical RN position required, and 3 years of Nursing leadership experience
  • IVF/Fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker strongly preferred
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
