Job description:

Perspire Sauna Studio - Orchard Town Center is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to help lead daily studio execution, drive sales and member growth, coach and motivate the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys contributing to the growth of a business and managing day to day operations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated by growth and success, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and consistently looks for ways to optimize the studio, the team, and the member experience.
The Assistant Studio Manager should lead from the front by modeling strong sales behaviors, urgency, productivity, attention to detail, and the level of member care expected from the entire team.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $22-$25/hour
  • Employment Type: Hourly, growth-track leadership role
  • Target Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours/week

What You Will Own
  • Drive daily sales execution, including:
  • First-visit conversion through lead follow-up

  • Help drive new member growth and strong member retention through consistent sales and relationship-building practices.
  • Coach and develop MSAs through live observation, roleplay, feedback, training, and accountability.
  • Help create a team culture that is positive, motivated, accountable, and focused on success and development.
  • Partner with the Studio Manager and owners to maintain consistent sales language, standards, and member experience.
  • Lead by example and actively participate in the day-to-day operation of the studio.
  • Maintain exceptional studio cleanliness, suite presentation, organization, and operational readiness.
  • Look for opportunities to optimize studio processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Use slower periods productively through training, roleplay, lead follow-up, organization, cleaning, and other meaningful studio priorities.
  • Support member retention through milestone recognition, inactive member follow-up, and relationship-building.
  • Attend assigned Perspire management calls and turn key takeaways into clear studio action.
  • Provide daily and weekly updates to ownership on sales, staffing, retention, and operational opportunities or risks.
