Job Description

Outlaw FitCamp Hickory Creek is looking for one highly motivated life changer for this hybrid Personal Training/FitCamp Instructor position. This is a part-time position with opportunity to become full time.

Personal Training/FitCamp Instructor
Maximize your income as a hybrid trainer who can do both one on one and small group personal sessions, as well as lead large group classes.

Make a difference every day while building an exciting career in fitness. We'll help you advance your career with our growing company as you work alongside other fitness professionals. This is a part time position that could quickly turn into full time dependent upon the amount of personal training clients you take on aside from FitCamp classes. Full time employees are eligible for health benefits.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Must possess nationally accredited personal training certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
  • Must possess current CPR/AED certification
  • Must possess High School Diploma or Equivalent

Beneficial Qualifications:
1. At least one year of personal training experience
2. Experience leading large group fitness

Job Responsibilities:
-Must always be prompt and reliable
-Open to advancing their skillset and continuing their education
-Ensure safety of participants, in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
-Assist in marketing initiatives and promotion of studio
-Assist in membership growth and retention

Skills and Abilities:
-Must be eager to work with people of varying backgrounds and fitness levels
-Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of exercise technique and variations
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Must present themselves in a manner that promotes fitness and wellness
-Must have the ability to work flexible and/or varying hours including some Saturdays
-Must demonstrate the value of personal training by creating an outstanding personal training experience for new and existing clients
- Must motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals and tracking progress
- Must prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals that include appropriate exercise selection and teaching a fitness lifestyle.
- Must understand the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
- Must be able to coach, motivate and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey

Job Type:

Part-time into possible full-time salary with benefits
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00/hour and $20 per 30 minute classes up to full time $35,000-$70,000 salary plus bonuses.
