What is an assistant strength and conditioning coach?

Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coaches are professionals who help design and implement training programs to improve athletes’ strength, speed, and overall physical performance. They work under the supervision of a head strength and conditioning coach and collaborate with sports coaches to develop safe and effective exercise routines.
