Summary
Reporting directly to the head coach, the assistant coach is to assist the head coach in day to day dues as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Duties will include overseeing various aspects the track and Field and cross-country program, recruiting, managing equipment, assist in-season and off-season strength/conditioning program, and other tasks assigned by the head coach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and track and field and cross-country experience required (preferably at collegiate level)
- Collegiate playing experience is preferred
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills
