POSITION SUMMARY

As an Anytime Fitness Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach (FC), you will play a vital role in helping our members "get to a healthier place." We are seeking a passionate FC who possesses the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise programs for individuals of all backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to inspire positive lifestyle changes and support our members in achieving sustainable, long-term results. Your responsibilities will include fitness consultations, personalized training, group sessions, virtual training, and additional programming opportunities as deemed suitable by the club. Building strong relationships with members to enhance retention is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, trainers will contribute to the upkeep of the club, sales and marketing efforts, and proactive outreach to inactive members to ensure their continued engagement.
