About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in keeping our sales floor running smoothly. From coaching team members to ensuring compliance and stepping in wherever needed, you'll set the standard for professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
On a typical day, you may:
  • Direct and oversee sales floor operations from opening through closing
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees on service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Create and manage daily lunch and break schedules to ensure consistent coverage
  • Delegate tasks, support staff, and maintain an organized and productive sales floor
  • Monitor performance and assist with coaching or corrective actions
  • Address customer and employee concerns quickly, fairly, and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and state cannabis regulations
