Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM), Sales supports the Store Manager in leading front-of-house operations, driving sales performance, and delivering Starbucks customer experience within a licensed store environment. This role is responsible for daily floor leadership, partner coaching, and ensuring brand and service standards are consistently executed.
Location: Dulles International Airport (IAD) - DULLES, VA 20166 US
Salary: $60,000-70,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily floor operations and serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
  • Drive sales through active coaching, deployment, and customer engagement
