Description
We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Store Lead to help lead our team and support the daily operations of the store. This hands-on leadership role includes sales, merchandising, inventory, team development, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently.
• Help drive sales and achieve store goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, merchandising, and visual displays.
• Receive and process incoming merchandise.
• Help execute new product launches and promotional events.
• Operate the POS system and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
