Help students find their voice and thrive in the classroom! Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in strengthening their communication skills this school year in Wolcott, NY.
Position Overview 

  • Provide in-person speech-language services to elementary students, supporting communication development and progress toward individualized educational goals.
  • Manage an average caseload of approximately 25 students, providing direct therapy, IEP support, consultations, and building-level services.
  • Deliver approximately 83 therapy sessions per month, along with approximately 3 student consultations per month, excluding additional evaluations and meetings.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to monitor student progress and support students' communication needs across the school environment.
