Salary: Stipend up to $1900.08
Accountable to: Head Speech Coach

Primary Responsibilities:
To assist the Head Speech Coach in the selection, instruction, training, and conditioning of all students assigned to the Assistant Coach by the Head Coach.














Qualification Requirements

Essential Functions





  • Coordinates, manages and facilitates school based youth sports and activity programs.
  • Provides for the health, safety, and well-being of team members.
  • Promotes positive communication between coaches, activity staff, parents, students, and outside agencies.
  • Integrates goals and standards of Columbia Heights schools into the sport programs and activity events.
  • Completes continuing education courses, meetings, and events.
  • Communicates and implements the head coaches' and activity staffs' vision for the program.


Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED and moderate experience working in a coaching capacity, or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
