Part-Time Seasonal Reservations Agent

Love helping guests plan memorable vacations and being the friendly voice that welcomes them before they arrive? Join our team as a Part-Time Seasonal Reservations Agent! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and returning guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing reservations and helping create a seamless guest experience from inquiry to arrival.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Accurately enter, update, and manage guest reservations in the property management system
  • Assist guests in selecting accommodations, services, and resort amenities that best fit their needs
  • Provide information about resort amenities, activities, policies, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest concerns and handle special requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with resort staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and site assignments
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding site readiness
  • Process reservation payments and maintain accurate guest and financial records
  • Monitor availability and support occupancy goals through effective reservation management
  • Prepare daily reservation and occupancy reports
  • Promote resort packages, seasonal specials, and additional services
  • Upsell amenities such as golf cart rentals, guided tours, and extended stays
