Job Description:
Salerno Group is currently looking for an aspiring marketing professional who is passionate about social media, content creation, web development, analytics, SMS, technical strategy, AI & events and hospitality. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with all marketing operations of multiple restaurant and event concepts
(Lago East Bank, Lago Custom Events, Sora and more).
This position requires a talented individual who is detail-oriented, quick to learn, creative and communicative with team members in different departments to help support business goals and campaigns through social media and other channels. Requirements:Job Responsibilities:
• Implement a results-driven social media strategy• Create and present social media content that is engaging and appealing to each brand’s target audience• Attend events and record/post live coverage• Collaborate with team to develop and organize content calendars• Assist in the creation and editing of content• Present a cohesive brand voice across all social media channels• Manage and execute content calendars for all SG accounts• Monitor industry trends• Interact with users and respond to DMs, comments and all inquiries• Escalate complaints/customer reviews to management as needed• Create reports on key metrics and analytics• Assist with influencer marketing strategy• Create social media ads and track key performance metricsPreferred Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years experience with social media marketing or content development, AI, web developent & SMS
