Job description

Provide superior customer service to out customers, internal/external alike.
Perform coin fills and ticket fills as needed.
Assist customer as needed with fills, tickets, complaints, etc.
Oversee, verify and approve slot machine payouts.
Verify all machine overrides.
Void jackpots, payouts and fills correctly when required.
Explain to customers hen asked how ticket in/ticket out and Promo Cash works.
Direct customers should they need further assistance.
Understand the use of tilt codes and how to resolve them to assist a customer or repair a machine.
Sign out slot keys at the beginning of shift and sign them back in at shift's end.
Call in to Surveillance and log at Cage any tips received.
Perform some minor repairs to slot machines when necessary.
Clean machines (external and internal), replace bulbs when needed, and perform other preventative maintenance on machines when time allows.
Meet with Slot Director and/or Slot Manager to review slot activity and/or employee issues.
Review jackpot/fill override reports as needed with Slot Manager.
Complete "weekly assigned tasks" records and submit to Slot Manager in a timely manner.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are performed within those guidelines on assigned shift.
Assist with annual performance reviews.
Assist with machine moves, installs and take-downs.
Attend all slot department meeting and/or training sessions.
Attend pertinent training seminars and conferences where travel may be required.
