YOUR ROLE (Leadership + Operations + Sales):
As Assistant Site Manager, you help lead the site day-to-day and set the tone for the team.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Deliver a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience.
  • Train on product knowledge.
  • Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site.
  • Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations.
  • Step in and lead the site in the Manager’s absence.
  • Identify issues quickly and take action.
  • Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.)
  • Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.
