We're looking for a skilled Sign Installer who enjoys working hands-on, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced field environment. If you like working outdoors, being part of a crew, and seeing your work come to life across communities, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Install channel letters, pole signs, and monument signs
  • Perform LED retrofits and lighting installations
  • Assist with sign surveys and site evaluations
  • Operate bucket trucks and crane equipment safely
  • Support sign restoration and maintenance projects
  • Work on electronic displays, including basic setup and service
  • Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
  • Class A or B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement preferred
  • Experience with bucket trucks and/or crane operation
  • 2-5+ years of sign installation, electrical, or related field experience
  • Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
  • Welding experience is a plus
