Key Responsibilities – What You'll Be Doing

✅ Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone, email, and text

✅ Create accurate quotes for glass, window film, and related products and services

✅ Confidently present and recommend products and services by explaining their features and benefits

✅ Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and coordinate with technicians

✅ Welcome clients, gather accurate project information, and ensure a seamless customer experience

✅ Process payments, invoices, and billing within our operating systems

✅ Clearly communicate timelines, expectations, and post-service care instructions

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and client waiting area

✅ Assist with documentation, insurance inquiries, and project administration when required

✅ Contribute to a positive team environment where every client feels genuinely cared for
