Job description

Acara Solutions is looking for Administrative Assistant to work with our partner located out in Phoenix, AZ who specializes in Manufacturing. 

  • Pay Rate: $28 - $33 per hour
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Any schedule changes will be communicated by the client
 

Administrative Assistants:

Responsibilities: 

*    Perform administrative support for engineer, contractors and vendors.  

*    Provide direct support to engineers, project teams, construction specialists, specialized trades and management on construction site (non-cleanroom and cleanroom area) and in office. 

*    Compile progress update and tracking schedule to project teams, engineers, specialized trades, and management. 

*    Organize, update, and provide comprehensive construction and engineering documentation, ensuring all digital and paper records are accurate, current, and readily retrievable. 

*    Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances, defects, or deviations from quality & safety standards in both construction and cleanroom area.  

*    Participate in regular cleanroom and safety training.  

*    Other job duties as required by business needs. 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, office management, or project coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in construction management, administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience with cleanroom construction and critical utility systems.
