Job description

Location: Must be willing to travel throughout the South Kansas City Missouri area. Company re-imburses for travel from client to client.
Hours: Full Time (Guaranteed 40 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible between 7AM - 7PM as needed but limited to 40 work hours per week.
Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver looking for a stable full-time opportunity with a variety in your day? We are seeking an experienced caregiver who will also serve as an assistant scheduler when client care hours are not needed.
Position Overview: This unique dual role offers guaranteed full time hours (40 per week) while combining hands-on caregiving with administrative support. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized and enjoys helping both clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
  • PRN --Provide high quality personal care and companionship to clients as assigned on short notice.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADL's) to clients, medication reminders, light housekeeping.
  • Suport the scheduling team with phone calls, staffing coordination and client updates.
  • Fill in as a caregiver on short notice as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a caregiver required, CNA or similar experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 7AM and 7 PM but no more than 40 hours per week.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional
  • Basic Computer skills for scheduling support
