Assistant Sales Manager — Flurry Fitness

The Assistant Sales Manager at Flurry Fitness plays a key role in driving membership growth, supporting the sales team, and delivering an exceptional member experience. This position works closely with the Sales Manager and General Manager to achieve sales goals, develop team performance, and create a welcoming environment for prospective and current members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed membership sales goals.
  • Conduct facility tours, meet with prospective members, and confidently present membership options and services.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and members through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with daily sales operations, including lead management, outreach, appointments, and closing memberships.
  • Support the Sales Manager with team training, accountability, and performance tracking.
  • Help create and execute strategies to increase membership sales, retention, referrals, and overall revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all sales and membership information is properly documented.
  • Work closely with the fitness and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to member.
  • Address member questions and concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, accountability, and a strong commitment to the Flurry Fitness culture.
  • Assist with promotions, community outreach, events, and other initiatives designed to generate new business.
  • Step in to support the sales department and leadership team as needed.
