About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Foremanto oversee daily operations on industrial and commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will be able to manage crews, coordinate with project managers, and ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

Location:Kenton, DE

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Construction Manager/Project Managerto plan and execute projects

  • Ensure all employees demonstrate proper safety practices and PPE use

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope of work

  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are delivered to job sites on schedule

  • Accurately complete required paperwork (time sheets, purchase orders, logs)

  • Use logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions and resolve problems

  • Monitor crew performance and take corrective action when needed

  • Communicate effectively with team members, listening and responding appropriately

  • Supervise machinery and equipment use; perform daily/weekly inspections per certification requirements
