Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with Key Carrier experience. Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over various areas in the store and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Agriculture background/Product knowledge
  • Retail and management experience preferred
  • Merchandising skills/experience
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Administrative and computer skills to complete paperwork
  • Detail oriented/Organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work rotating flexible schedules (40 to 43 hours per week) - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends and holidays)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
  • Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
  • General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Cashiering/cash handling
  • Freight handling/Forklift operation
  • Assist customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls

*Background Screen Required
Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, based on experience
