Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will contribute to the success of Tennant's Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) product category by leading the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products and solutions. You will gather market insights, assess customer needs, analyze product performance, and manage projects that improve the product line.

This role requires strong crossfunctional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Service, Field Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Production, and Marketing to achieve operational goals and support departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, competitive trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct structured market and customer research to support roadmap development.
  • Analyze product performance data to identify insights and recommend improvement
  • Support development and enhancement of products in partnership with Engineering, Service, Field Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage elements of the product portfolio lifecycle, including quality, cost, and customervalue improvements.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional activities for product updates, feature enhancements, and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support creation of product collateral, promotional assets, and customerfacing materials.
  • Assist with product launch planning and execution across global markets.
  • Provide input into product positioning and customer value messaging.
  • Gather competitive pricing intelligence and provide analysis to support pricing decisions.
  • Support development of pricing recommendations for product updates and annual pricing cycles.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Operations on cost, quality, and supply-related issues.
  • Work with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and help address productrelated opportunities and challenges.
  • Support moderatecomplexity crossfunctional projects that impact the product category.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and influence crossfunctional partners at an operational level.
  • Problemsolver comfortable working through moderately complex, undefined issues.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in product management or related roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving, crossfunctional collaboration, and project execution.

Total Compensation = Pay range + Benefits

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.  The salary range reflects both entry into the role and future growth. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
