Job Title: Robot Programmer (Fanuc Preferred)
Location: San Diego, CA
Years of Experience: 10-15 Years
Job Summary:

The Robot Programmer is responsible for programming, optimizing, and supporting robotic manufacturing systems, with a strong preference for experience in Fanuc environments. This role is critical in supporting both immediate production needs and ensuring long term automation stability within a precision aerospace manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, modify, test, and optimize robot programs for manufacturing applications on Fanuc machines.
  • Support the commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting of robotic cells and automated processes.
  • Improve cycle time, path accuracy, repeatability, and overall system reliability.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve automation related issues.
  • Support production ramp up and operational demand peaks while contributing to long term automation capability.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Robotic Programming (Fanuc preferred)
  • Ability to support both programming and operational validation activities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other robotic systems and programming languages.
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in automation.

Full-time:The pay range for this role is US$130,000 - US$150,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience and location of the candidate
