Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours. No weekends or holidays.

Tareen Dermatology is excited to expand into Grand Forks, North Dakota, with the opening of our newest clinic in September 2026. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team and play an important role in delivering exceptional dermatologic care while helping launch a brand-new clinic location.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys direct patient care, surgical procedures, patient education, and working closely with providers in a fast-paced specialty clinic. Dermatology experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
Required

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred
  • Previous dermatology experience.
  • Previous surgical, outpatient clinic, or specialty practice experience.
  • Experience providing patient education and assisting with medical procedures.
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) works closely with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a medical and surgical dermatology setting. This role assists with patient assessments, procedures, education, documentation, and care coordination while helping ensure an outstanding patient experience.
What You Will Do
  • Prepare patients for dermatology examinations and procedures.
  • Review medical histories, collect vital signs, and address patient concerns.
  • Assist physicians with dermatologic and surgical procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic treatments.
  • Provide wound care, suture removal, and post-procedure patient education.
  • Accurately document patient encounters and procedures within the electronic medical record.
  • Submit orders and coordinate laboratory testing as directed by providers.
  • Handle and label specimens according to established protocols.
  • Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and clinical equipment.
  • Support quality, safety, OSHA, HIPAA, and CLIA compliance standards.
  • Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
