Company:Sentry ND Job Summary Sentry ND is seeking a dependable, safety-focusedCrane Rigger / Hotshot Driverto join our team in Watford City, ND. This position will support crane operations by assisting with rigging, equipment setup, and safe load handling while also performinghotshot hauling and delivery workthroughout the Bakken and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, works well as part of a team, takes pride in doing quality work, and understands the importance of safety, communication, and reliability in an oilfield environment. Responsibilities Crane & Rigging

  • Assist crane operators with daily lifting and rigging operations.
  • Inspect and properly use slings, shackles, chains, hooks, spreader bars, and other rigging equipment.
  • Safely rig and unrig loads according to job requirements.
  • Assist with crane setup, tear-down, and positioning.
  • Communicate clearly with crane operators and ground personnel during lifts.
  • Follow established lift plans, JSAs, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain proper control and awareness of loads, equipment, and surrounding personnel.
  • Perform equipment and rigging inspections and report damaged or unsafe equipment.
  • Assist with equipment moves, rig moves, construction projects, and other field operations as needed.

Hotshot Hauling

  • Operate company vehicles to transport equipment, materials, tools, and other loads to and from job sites.
  • Secure loads properly and verify that cargo is safe for transport.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and vehicle documentation.
  • Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and field crews regarding deliveries and job-site needs.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle.
  • Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company driving policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous crane rigging, heavy equipment, or hauling experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • CDL preferred
  • Knowledge of proper rigging practices and load securement.
  • Ability to work effectively around heavy equipment and active job sites.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
