Job description

Are you retired from healthcare but still have a passion for helping others? We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who want to use their experience to improve the lives of seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for retired nurses, CNAs, medical assistants, EMTs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals seeking flexible, rewarding work with less stress than traditional medical settings.

What You'll Do
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
  • Provide medication reminders (no medication administration).
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings.
  • Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred.
  • Retired nurses, CNAs, medical assistants, EMTs, therapists, hospice professionals, and other medical personnel are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
