Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) gérant(e) de magasin, un(e) leader exceptionnel(le) capable de motiver, d’inspirer et de développer l’équipe du magasin.


RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE

  • Offrir et assurer en tout temps une expérience client exceptionnelle.
    • Favoriser un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle.
    • Encadrer, développer et maximiser la réussite de tous les associé(e)s.
    • Établir des attentes claires et assurer le suivi de la performance.
    • Maximiser le potentiel de vente en coachant les comportements des associé(e)s sur le plancher et à l’arrière-boutique.
    • Construire une équipe solide et collaborative selon les besoins du magasin.
    • Recruter, embaucher et assurer un effectif adéquat.
    • Assurer la formation de l’équipe d’associé(e)s.
    • Analyser les résultats d’affaires et élaborer des plans d’action.
    • Communiquer efficacement avec l’équipe.
    • Appliquer et faire respecter les politiques et pratiques de l’entreprise.
    • Superviser le flux de marchandises.
    • Maintenir les normes de présentation visuelle et de marchandisage, ainsi qu’une expérience positive en magasin.
    • Gérer les dépenses contrôlables.
    • Maintenir les procédures Mango.
    • Assurer la prévention des pertes et la sécurité.


COMPÉTENCES / EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES

  • Minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience dans un environnement de détail spécialisé, de biens de luxe ou un secteur comparable.
    • Expérience préalable en gestion des ventes.
    • Capacité démontrée à atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et les indicateurs de performance.
    • Aptitude avérée à stimuler les résultats de vente, analyser les rapports de ventes, identifier les tendances et réagir rapidement aux besoins de l’entreprise.
    • Aisance dans la prise de décisions et la gestion des conflits au sein d’une équipe.
    • Capacité à traiter des enjeux complexes et à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités changeantes.
    • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en service à la clientèle.
    • Capacité à identifier et évaluer les talents, ainsi qu’à former, développer et retenir d’excellents employés.

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager, who must be an exceptional leader who can motive, inspire, and develop the store team.

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills/Experience


  • Minimum of (1) three years of specialty, luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • Prior sales management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
  • Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
  • Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
  • Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people.
  • Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook
