As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements
  • 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.

  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
  • Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
